Embark on unforgettable family adventures with a stay at our luxurious retreat. The lower level offers a haven of entertainment, featuring a fully equipped recreation area complete with ping-pong, foosball, an arcade, a large smart TV, comfortable seating, and a spacious sleeping room, boasting two queen beds and two twin lofts. Between the basement and the main floor there is a narrow spiral staircase, surrounded by walls. There is a built in gate from the main floor to the basement you can close for the safety of small children. There are also a couple of other portable safety gates you are welcome to use if needed in other locations.

Ascend to the main floor to be greeted by the warmth of a grand wood-burning stone fireplace, and don’t forget to glance behind you for the awe-inspiring panoramic vista of Broken Bow Lake. Family meals are a delight, with seating for up to 12 people, thanks to a large copper dining table and a granite bar area. The main floor is also home to a generously sized bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a lavish bathtub.

Venture to the upper level, where you’ll discover two more splendid bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and breathtaking lake views. The modern, chic black and white bedroom features a king-sized bed and a convenient desk area, ideal for journaling or any necessary work. The second bedroom on this level offers a king bed and two twin beds, perfect for families or children. In between the bedrooms, an inviting game table area awaits, equipped with seating and an assortment of card and board games for family fun.

Our outdoor spaces provide tranquility and endless opportunities for relaxation. Three porch swings, a hammock swing, two hammocks and ample seating invite you to unwind while your children play on the tree-nestled playset. Engage in friendly competition with corn-hole or oversized connect-four while immersing yourself in the natural surroundings. The day can culminate in the classic joy of toasting s’mores around the inviting fire-pit. Meanwhile, the outdoor basement level offers a perfect retreat with a soak in the 5-6 person hot tub.

For nature enthusiasts and avid hikers, the Skyline hiking trail is practically at your doorstep, just a stone’s throw away from the property. Venture down the left side of the property and follow the trail to the Skyline trail, where you have two enticing options. A one-mile intermediate to advanced hike to the right leads to the rushing waters of Mountain Fork River, teeming with trout. Opt for the milder three-mile hike to the left, which rewards you with cascading waterfalls and the serene beauty of the forest. This trail eventually takes you to the overlook area of Beavers Bend, where nature’s wonders unfold before your eyes.
